That's exactly the problem Harvey Tullos set out to solve back in November of 1990 when he founded our company. With a vision to provide high-quality portable storage buildings at a price that works for everyone, Harvey’s mission has stood the test of time—much like our buildings!

Harvey Tullos

Owner/Founder
Harvey is the owner and founder and has been in the industry since 1990. His mission in business is to provide the best building available, at the best price, and give the customer and experience in dealing with a caring company. He and his wife Joy have an ambitious son named Tanner, who you will find working at A1 on weekends and when he’s not in school.

William VanNorman

Production Manager
William is the Production Manager for A1 Buildings and has been on our team since 2003. He’s worked his way through almost every job in the company and has a vast knowledge of construction, and assembly: he and his wife of 25+ yrs. Valorie, have 3 awesome, amazing children. When William isn’t working, he enjoys golf, and cooking some fantastic meals.

Tim Rutledge

Sales Manager
Tim is the head of our sales department and is one of our more recent team members. If you ask him what he likes most about his job, he’ll tell you that he enjoys helping people to find the perfect building and right options for their needs. He and his wonderful wife Kim, have one son named Trayce. When he’s not helping our customers, he’s likely with his family, on the golf course, or fishing for that “big one”!
